THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE:
YOUR TASKS Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents.
Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
Member of Safety Committee and oversee Workers Compensation information.
Perform Receptionist responsibilities, greeting visitors as soon as they arrive and answering the phone in a courteous and timely manner.
Assist in payroll preparation and provide relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.
) Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Assist Senior HR Generalist with day-to-day operations of the HR function.

YOUR SKILLS Associate or Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software.
Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
Strong empathy, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail and analytically driven.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Cultural awareness.
